1. Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "y887", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the y887 platform. "User" and "you" refer to any person registered on or seeking to register on the platform. "Services" refers to y887's website, app, and all gaming activities included therein.

By using any y887 service, browsing the website, or creating an account, you will be considered to have voluntarily and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

• During verification, a government-issued ID (NID, passport) may be required as proof of age.
• Providing false information about your age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings.
• y887 reserves the right to verify age at any time and may restrict an account until verification is complete.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

y887 reserves the right to verify every account. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill — within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad account registration number).

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Only the following methods may be used for financial transactions on y887: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

y887 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking or bank provider's own charges may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

y887 offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly communicated before the offer is activated. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10x — calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• A bonus applies only to the account in whose name the deposit was made.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or devices.
• If bonus abuse is identified (bonus arbitrage, pattern betting for guaranteed outcomes), the bonus may be cancelled.
• y887 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though users will be notified in advance for ongoing offers.

7. Betting Rules

All bets on y887 must be placed voluntarily and at your own risk. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is a technical error on the platform.

• Results in slots, fishing, roulette, and live casino games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• For sports betting, official results shall be considered final.
• y887 reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet.
• If you have a dispute about a result, contact our support team first.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y887 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system — matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or withdrawing bonuses through artificial strategies.
• Fraud, hacking, use of viruses, or any technical exploit.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's funds.
• Any attempt at money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Cyber attacks against y887 or attempts to disrupt its services.
• Harassment of other users or inappropriate conduct on the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, y887 may immediately close the account and hold the associated funds.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

y887 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Failure to complete verification or provision of false information.
• Security risk or suspicion of fraud.
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure).

If an account is closed in a legitimate case and a balance remains, it will be returned; however, any bonus where wagering requirements are unmet will be cancelled. In cases of fraud, all funds may be forfeited.
